Reiki Energy Healing & Alignment

Service Description

WHAT IS REIKI? Reiki is a method of channeling Divine Source in order to identify, clear, realign, and awaken the major energy points. This medically validated method of energy healing is often used to aid in personal transformations, grief comforting, emotional release, and pain management. We begin with a brief guided meditation and energetic scan of your body / auric field so I know what to work on for the remainder of the session. From there, we may intuitively use crystals, music, sound bowls, bells, drums, or ritual shakers to assist during the process. Think of this as your private soul spa and energetic tune-up. QUALIFICATIONS: As of September 2021, I am certified for Reiki Levels I & II under the Usui/Tibetan system of healing under Reiki Master Teacher, Teresa Buckner. Since then, I have completed over 200 hours of service. WHAT TO EXPECT: To arrive at the office, you will be walking up a flight of steps. Downstairs accommodations will be made for those with limited mobility. Once in the office, you will have the option to recline on our cozy leather couch or create a carpeted floor / yoga mat set up. Fresh blankets and pillows will be provided. HOW TO PREPARE: Please be sure to begin the session hydrated and dressed comfortably. Clothes made of natural materials like cotton, wool, etc. allow for better energy conductivity. If you are able, remove your shoes prior to the start of energy work. AFTERCARE: Reiki energy healing can be strong with physical, emotional, visual and mental sensations involved. Each person and session is completely unique. I always recommend that you drink plenty of water, eat a good meal, and allow yourself to have space to relax following a reiki healing. If you are able, plan to take the night off from social interactions and get to sleep early.

Cancellation Policy

If your session needs to be canceled, be sure to do so 24h before the meeting time. Cancellations after this time will be handled on an individual basis.
